Temporly (temporly.app) processes the personal data of employees and administrators of organizations that use the app for attendance tracking. The controller is the entity specified in the app's terms of service.
What data we process: name, email, phone (optional), job position, attendance and absence records — i.e. the data that the organization (administrator) or the employee directly enters into the app.
Who has access: Supabase (processor, database hosting and authentication, EU/US infrastructure per Supabase's policies), Resend (processor, sending transactional emails — registration confirmation, password reset), Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record for subscription payments — Paddle is the contracting party to the payment, processing billing data separately under its own policies), Vercel (app hosting).
Analytics: the app uses Vercel Analytics — cookieless tracking of page views, without storing personal data or cookies.
Retention period: data is retained for as long as the organization uses the app; after the subscription is cancelled and at the administrator's request, the app deletes the data.
