Refund Policy

Trial version: before the first payment, every organization gets 14 days of full access to the app without needing to enter a payment card — this period is meant for trying the app out before any payment is made.

Right of withdrawal: Temporly provides the app to organizations for business purposes, not to consumers within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights — the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not formally apply to this subscription. Nonetheless, in the spirit of that directive and common international practice, we provide the voluntary money-back guarantee described below.

Money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with the app, write to us within 14 days of your first payment at support@temporly.app and we will refund that payment in full, including VAT, no questions asked.

After 14 days from the first payment: payments for billing periods already elapsed or in progress are not refunded. After cancelling the subscription, access remains active until the end of the already-paid period (see Terms of Service), but the amount already paid for the remaining part of that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Exceptional cases: beyond the above, we will also issue a refund for a demonstrable billing error (e.g. a duplicate payment), a technical fault on our side that prevented use of the app for an extended period, or where required by the mandatory law of the payer's country.

Refund processing: payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the seller (Merchant of Record) and the contracting party to the payment instead of Temporly. Paddle may apply its own rules when issuing a refund or resolving a dispute (e.g. a chargeback), independently of this policy.

Contact: send refund requests to support@temporly.app.
