Trial version: a new organization gets 14 days of full access to the app without needing to enter a payment card. After the trial period ends, access is restricted until the administrator sets up a subscription.
Price: the subscription is billed according to the number of active users in the organization — €2 / user / month for monthly billing, or €20 / user / year for annual billing. Prices are excluding VAT; VAT is added according to the payer's country in accordance with Paddle's rules as Merchant of Record.
Payments: payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and is the contracting party to the payment instead of Temporly. Paddle assumes responsibility for collecting and remitting sales tax/VAT.
Change in number of users: when an employee is added, the subscription is automatically recalculated proportionally for the remaining part of the billing period.
Cancellation: the administrator can cancel the subscription at any time via the "Manage subscription" button in the app (redirects to the Paddle-hosted customer portal). Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
